Q: Do Intellibot Robots really clean on their own?
A: Yes!
Robots navigate using a combination of stored maps and on-board sensors. This allows them to clean an entire floor of a building, moving from room to room, without any input from an operator. Robots only need to be prepared before they begin to clean and to be emptied after they finish.

Q: Is a floor care robot as reliable as a manual machine?
A: Absolutely!
Intellibot Robots are high-quality floor care machines first and foremost. Heavy-duty drive motors, powerful vacuums, and rugged components ensure that a robot will provide years of trouble-free service. Robots have a self-diagnostic function and a reporting package that tracks normal wear.

Q: Am I sacrificing cleaning performance with a Robot?
A: No Way!
Robots actually improve cleaning performance because they always clean at the ideal pace for the floor surface that they are cleaning. Robots clean the same way every time, never cutting corners or rushing to finish by the end of a shift.

Q: Will robots replace my employees?
A: No!
Users turn to robots for many reasons, such as difficulty in finding and keeping floor care staff or budget restraints that prohibit new hires. Most robots are added as a compliment to an existing cleaning crew. With a robot dedicated to the most time-consuming and least popular task, teams get more done in the same time with the same people.

Q: Do I have to program the robot?
A: No!
Intellibot’s Mapping Wizard™ uses simple, interactive menus to lead the operator through the mapping process with a series of yes or no questions. The only interface the operator needs to master is a built-in keypad...as easy to use as a cellular phone.

Q: Do robots have the power to work an entire shift?
A: Yes!
The average user dedicates less than 4 hours per shift on manual floor care due to workloads and the short battery life of most manual machines. All floor care robots are equipped with a powerful battery pack that allows our robots to clean for over 4 hours on a single charge. For users who want to run a full 8-hour shift, Intellibot offers a Battery Exchange Kit so that a simple swap of the battery pack can double the run time.

Q: Will I still have to change water a few times per shift?
A: No!
Every system on an Intellibot Robot is designed to support autonomous operation. Scrubbers feature two 25-gallon solution tanks with an on-board water recycling system.
A 14-gallon filter bag backed by dual air filters ensure that our vacuums run for hours with no loss in performance.

Q: Can one robot be used in multiple locations?
A: Yes!
Intellibot Robots can store hundreds of maps, enough to cover complete floors, wings or buildings. Multiple maps can be connected together with moves so that the robot can cover multiple rooms on its own. All the operator needs to know is a single designated starting point.

Q: Can I track what the robot is doing?
A: Yes!
Our new reporting package allows authorized managers to access in-depth information on machine usage as well as routine maintenance. The robot tracks what operators have accessed the machine, what areas have been cleaned, and what maintenance has been done.

Q: Is a robot safe?
A: Completely!
Robots constantly monitor their surroundings, avoiding obstacles such as walls, furniture and people. Robots are equipped with front and rear bumpers that bring the robot to an immediate halt at the slightest touch. The robot can always be stopped manually with the clearly marked Emergency Stop Button.
