The GEN-X is the only floor care machine that

In addition to cost savings and improved cleaning, the GEN-X gives it's owners and operators unparalleled accountability. Accountability starts when an operator uses their unique password log into the robot at the start of a shift. This information is stored in the robots memory, along with the time of the log in, the areas that the robot cleaned, and if they were cleaned successfully. Each operator has a unique password, so managers can grant different levels of access to different users.
All of the data saved in memory is compiled into a report that is wirelessly transmitted to the Intellibot servers. Authorized users can visit the Intellibot's Online Portal to log in to access daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The GEN-X logs information for each route cleaned:

This information is presented in a variety of useful reports:
* Daily Report - Includes a summary of the day's operation
as well as detailed information for each route.
* Monthly Reports - Same as the daily report, but covering
one full month of operation.
* Quarterly Report - Displays a summary of operation for
each month in the quarter, along with detailed information for
each route covered in the quarter.
* Year To Date: - Displays a summary of operation for each month
in the year to date, along with detailed information for each route
covered to date.
These reports allow contractors to provide excellent proof of service and more accurate billing, building owners to confirm adherence to cleaning schedules, and EVS managers to effectively track and schedule their staff.
