To ensure continued flawless operation of your equipment beyond the first year warranty period, we offer an Annual Support Agreement that provides full coverage and includes periodic maintenance calls at your facility from our qualified service technicians. Your Annual Support Agreement is tailored to your specific situation and needs.
The Annual Support Agreement is the most cost-effective way to assure that your Intellibot unit is professionally serviced on schedule. It also provides peace of mind knowing you can get prompt, professional help with any issues that might arise. We offer a convenient, one-time annual fee, or you may buy multiple years of coverage and receive a discount.
The Annual Support Agreement covers:
* Preventive maintenance – minimum of 1 quarterly visit on site, more often if needed
* All service, parts and labor
* Utilization reports to let you know how you're doing
Service Alternatives
If you have multiple Intellibot units and a dedicated staff of people capable of taking care of the equipment themselves, you may want to consider a First Line Self Service Customer Support Agreement. Under this unique program, we will train and certify your technicians to perform all standard maintenance. This agreement also gives them telephone access to our engineering staff and online access to our technical service manual.
Should you decide not to purchase a support agreement, our service technicians are available on an hourly fee plus materials/parts cost basis. However, we think you’ll agree that arranging for regular, professional maintenance is a far better approach than paying for service on an emergency basis.
