Installation by Professionals
We fully install any new piece of equipment at your worksite, test its performance, and train and work with your operators to be sure they can obtain the same level of performance from the machine as our installation technicians. When we install a new unit at your workplace, our certified installation technicians will map up to 30,000 square feet of space and train your operators to map any remaining space. Once the equipment is performing to our exacting standards and our training is completed, we continue to make weekly follow-up visits for the first 4 – 6 weeks, and then at least every month for the next 90 days.
Operator Training and Certification
Intellibot is the first company to certify robotic floor care operators. Our basic training course teaches your operators to quickly become adept at using our intelligent floor care system to maximum advantage. They learn how to use the Intellibot cleaner for mapping and cleaning, as well as how to change the batteries and fluids, and trouble-shoot any operator-correctible problems. This training is performed at the time of installation by our certified installers. Once your staff is trained and certified, you can be confident that they have the skills to operate the equipment correctly.
Ongoing maintenance is most efficiently done by our certified service technicians, under our First-Year Warranty and Ongoing Support Agreement. However, if you decide to have your staff maintain the equipment themselves and you purchase a First Line Self Service Customer Support Agreement, we will train and certify your technicians to perform all standard maintenance.
