This
page will soon provide Gen X users with a portal were they can log in
and access a full suite of reports generated by their robots.
Owners and operators can track where and when the GEN-X was used, what
areas have been cleaned, which operators have logged into the machine,
and if any problems were encountered during cleaning. A full collection of diagnostic reports will also be available to allow authorized users to see wear on critical components, check status of key sub-systems, and even remotely run diagnostics on the robot to assist in servicing.
The Service Portal will be coming online soon for owners of the GEN- X Series of Floor Care robots, so talk to your Client Manager about adding a GEN-X and adding accountability to your team!
